I have relationships with many vendors because I work with them on a consistent basis. I know who offers what at the best price, so I can find you the perfect hotel room across from that festival, a private deep-sea fishing excursion in Thailand, or cooking lessons in your villa in Italy. Many of these vendors do NOT work directly with the public- so that means that while you might see something as "sold-out" online, I may be able to get you access!

It's true! Online aggregates charge additional markups to clients who book directly. Travel agents can undercut these companies, as they have access to the base rates, prior to markups.

It's fun to get recommendations from friends and family, but just because a relative enjoyed something, doesn't always mean that you will. My advice is tailored to you. I check out properties all around the world and know what is available and what is up-and-coming. I am trained to know where there are hidden fees, what types of visas you will need, when Disney parks are least busy, what the weather is like in Dubai in February, and the quickest line for the Eiffel Tower. I provide facts instead of guesses.

In addition to the research, your flights are tracked so that you buy them when the price is right. If the price of your package or cruise drops, I'll connect with the supplier in order to get you the difference. Need to add a bag? Want someone to check in to flights for you? Arriving at the hotel late and worried about cancellation? I'll take care of it all so that you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your time.
24/7 IN-TRAVEL SUPPORT
I act as your advocate before, during, and even after your trip has taken place. If you have ever seen "CANCELED" on your flight's screen at the airport, you know the value of this. Booking yourself means waiting in a long line at customer service or a long wait on hold. Booking with me means you get to go eat dinner, check out some shops, and relax. You'll get a call back with the details of any updates in almost half of the amount of time. If there is a problem, I handle it.
